Development Bank of Namibia launches client portal
The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has launched a Client Portal, a secure, mobile-friendly platform designed to improve how existing clients engage with the Bank.
Available to individuals and businesses with active loans, the portal allows clients to manage their personal or business profiles, view loan details and related account information, and communicate directly with their assigned portfolio analysts.
The launch forms part of DBN's five-year strategic plan, which identifies digital transformation as a central enabler of improved service delivery, operational efficiency, and client engagement.
Chief of marketing and corporate affairs Jerome Mutumba said the portal marks a significant step in the Bank's digital transformation journey and aligns with its strategic focus on delivering client-centric, technology-driven solutions.
The platform has been developed with ease-of-use and security as core design principles, allowing clients to manage their interactions with the Bank with confidence. A user manual is available on the DBN website to assist clients in navigating the platform.
Looking ahead, DBN plans to introduce a Track Loan Application module, which will improve transparency around application progress and further enhance the client experience.
DBN encourages all eligible clients to register on the portal and keep their contact details current. Clients can also use the portal to reach out to their portfolio analysts for support or queries.
