Namfisa launches new website

The Namibia Financial Institution Supervisory Authority (Namfisa) this week launched a new streamlined website.

Speaking at the occasion, its CEO Kenneth Matomola said the new website’s intent was to provide users with seamless connectivity to the regulator’s services online.

“This transformation is more than just a technological upgrade. It reflects our shared vision to create a space where stakeholders, consumers, and regulators can engage seamlessly,” Matomola said.

The website was designed to enhance the user experience for the regulator’s stakeholders, Matomola explained.

“With input from all of you, our valued stakeholders, this platform has been designed to meet your needs, offering intuitive navigation, providing comprehensive information and interactive features that empower you to access Namfisa’s services efficiently,” Matomola said.

“The website stands as a testament to our dedication to operational efficiency, transparency and accountability. It is now a one-stop resource hub.” he added.

Matomola encouraged stakeholders to constantly visit the website and to provide feedback on a regular basis.

“A tool is only as powerful as its users. We encourage each of you, our stakeholders, to embrace this platform fully. Visit it regularly, provide feedback, and utilize its many features to enhance your work, whether you’re navigating regulatory requirements or educating yourself and the public. Your active participation will help us improve and ensure that this platform evolves as a dynamic resource that benefits everyone in the financial services ecosystem.”
